Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to Sbeeqo. By creating an account, using the Sbeeqo website or applications, or embedding the Sbeeqo waiting-list widget on your website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to restaurant owners and staff who create accounts ("Restaurants") and to guests who join a waiting list ("Guests").

2. What Sbeeqo does

Sbeeqo is a digital waiting list service for restaurants. Restaurants create a waiting list, guests join it by scanning a QR code or through an embedded form, and Sbeeqo tracks each party's place in line. When a table is ready, the restaurant can notify the guest on their tracking page and, if the restaurant enables it, by SMS.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a Restaurant account.

4. Restaurant responsibilities

If you operate a Restaurant account, you are responsible for:

  • Running your waiting list fairly and in compliance with all laws that apply to your business.
  • Only collecting guest information you are permitted to collect, and only using it for seating and service purposes.
  • The messages you send to guests, including any custom message included with a table-ready notification.
  • Complying with SMS consent and opt-out requirements when you enable SMS notifications for your guests.

You acknowledge that Sbeeqo provides the technology only; the relationship between you and your guests — including seating decisions, wait times, and service — is entirely between you and them.

5. Guest responsibilities

Guests should provide accurate contact details and party size so restaurants can seat them efficiently. Guest accounts are not required; joining a list and viewing your place in line works from the tracking link saved in your browser. If you clear your browser storage, you may lose access to your tracking page — the restaurant can always tell you your place in line in person.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Sbeeqo to:

  • Harass, threaten, or send unwanted messages to anyone.
  • Collect personal data for purposes unrelated to seating guests.
  • Sell or rent guest data to third parties.
  • Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
  • Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws, including telemarketing, spam, and consumer-protection laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, effective where practicable.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Sbeeqo available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, including SMS delivery, which also depends on third-party telecommunications providers.

8. Intellectual property

The Sbeeqo name, logo, interface, and software are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service. Restaurants retain ownership of their own branding and content displayed on their waiting list pages.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sbeeqo disclaims all warranties not stated in these Terms, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business.

10. Termination

You may stop using Sbeeqo and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. When a restaurant is removed, its waiting list data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will try to give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
